PSPIX Generation 1 is a private-label Digora Optime machine. Please refer to our IAM Installation guide for image plate scanners:

How do I set up an integration against Soredex / Instrumentarium / Gendex / KaVo Panorama / OPG / Imaging Plate Scanner?

These devices often have very old firmware and will not work with modern IAM integration offered by DEXIS. IAM offers a optimized workflow and is a superior integration overall. Please contact your local dealer and let them assist you with the firmware upgrade.




TWAIN Configuration + Installation (Deprecated)





1. Open the Muntra offline app, log in, and navigate to "This Computer" under the settings icon in the top right corner.


2. Locate the "TWAIN PSPIX generation-1" device and open its settings. If you cannot see this device, please refer to the section Installing TWAIN Drivers below.
   
   
   
   
   
   • Enable: Add to Menu
   
   
   • Under Parameters, add the following:
   
   
   • batch boolean TRUE
   
   
   • flush boolean TRUE
   
   
   
   
   
   
3. Reload the Muntra offline app.






Installing TWAIN Drivers





1. Run the TWAIN PSPIX Setup.exe from the following link:

2. Proceed through the installation wizard without making any changes. Simply click "Next" and "Install."


3. Complete the installation.


4. Restart your computer.


5. Open the Muntra offline app and navigate to the gear icon (top right) > This Computer.


6. Verify that TWAIN PSPIX generation-1 appears in the device list, and then proceed to the previous section of this guide.
