How do I set up an integration against Soredex / Instrumentarium / Gendex / KaVo Panorama / OPG / Imaging Plate Scanner?
Installing the Device in Muntra
- Open the Muntra offline app, log in, and navigate to "This Computer" under the settings icon in the top right corner.
- Locate the "IAM SDK" device and open its settings. If you cannot see this device, please refer to the section "Installing IAM or Updating an Outdated Version" below.
- For Panoramic/OPG Devices:
- For Imaging Plate Scanners:
- Enable: Add to Menu
- Enable: Reactivate After Scanning
- Under Parameters, add the following:
- advanced_ui boolean TRUE
- Reload the Muntra offline app.
Installing IAM or Updating an Outdated Version
- Open Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs and check if IAM is installed. If the driver is installed but does not appear in Muntra, it is likely outdated and should be uninstalled before proceeding to step 2.
- Run the KaVoDriverInstaller.exe from the following link:
KaVo Driver Installer
- Proceed through the installation wizard without making any changes. Simply click "Next" and "Install."
- Complete the installation.
- Restart your computer.
- Open the Muntra offline app and navigate to the gear icon (top right) > This Computer.
- Verify that IAM SDK appears in the device list, and then proceed to the first section of this guide.
