To set up a Telavox telephony integration, do the following steps:
CREATE TOKEN IN MUNTRA:
Ask Muntra's support team to create a Telavox token with "phone call" access.
START LISTENING TO PHONE NUMBERS IN MUNTRA:
1. Log in to Muntra's frontend at https://app.muntra.com
2. Navigate to settings > 'This computer'
3. In the section 'Monitored phone numbers', click on the plus icon to the far right
4. Insert the phone number (incl. country code) to monitor and click on the green button
5. Reload the app
SET UP WEBHOOK IN TELAVOX:
Log in to Telavox's interface and create a webhook that points to https://api.muntra.com/api/.
