Preparing the MDB File from Digora
Before running the converter, export the target patients from Digora into a dedicated database file by following these steps:
Step 1 — Open the Patient List
Launch Digora. In the main menu, navigate to Patient List → Show to open the patient list window.
Step 2 — Select Patients
Select all patients you want to include in the conversion. Use standard multi-select (Ctrl+Click or Shift+Click) to pick multiple entries.
Step 3 — Copy Patients to a Dedicated DB
In the main menu, go to Patient List → Copy patients to initiate the export.
Step 4 — Create a New Database File
A dialog will appear. Click the Insert button to create a new database. Fill in the name fields (for example: test-dump), choose a file path where the .mdb should be saved, and click OK.
Wait for the process to complete. Once finished you will have a clean .mdb file ready for conversion.
Digora may crash if your database is too large during export. In this case, you will have to make several exports resulting in multiple .mdb files.
