Quick guide
Google Authenticator requires the user to log in and activate it from inside his/her user account. If Google Authenticator login is to be activated for an account that cannot use another login option, access can be granted by logging in as another user and switching to the user to be activated.
To activate Google Authenticator
1. Navigate to the user's settings (click the user's name/thumbnail), followed by "Basic" ("Grunduppgifter")
2. Press the button "Aktivera" ("Activate") to the right of the screen.
3. A QR code will be displayed, which should be scanned using your Google Authenticator app. It is also possible to use a keycode that's inserted into the app.
4. Click on "Nästa" ("Next"), insert the 6-digit one-time password displayed in the Google Authenticator app.
5. Done!
When logging in, use your national identification number/personnummer, a password (cannot be blank, you need to set a password before logging in with Google Authenticator), and the 6-digit authentication code given by the Google Authenticator app.
Some users do a TeamViewer session with someone in the clinic. Then you can switch to your user, start activation, scan on the screen with your phone, and activate.
