How do I set up an integration with a StarTSP100 Receipt printer?

How to add a STARTSP Receipt Printer

PLEASE NOTE: Integrations can only be added in the locally installed version of Muntra, there is no support for adding integration via the web version.

1. Download and install the latest version of FuturePRNT: https://starmicronics.com/support/download/tsp100-futureprnt-software-full-v7-5-1/


2. After installation, reload the Muntra app and click on the cogwheel (top right)


3. Click on This computer


4. Under Receipt Printer you'll find the locally identified printers. If you can't find any printers in the list, make sure you can find the printer in the windows control panel and you are able to print a test page.


5. Select your default printer.

CAUTION: Printers connected via USB can only print from the local computer. If you wish to use share the printer over the network, make sure to purchase a network printer.
