1. Go to website: https://www.carestreamdental.com/en-gb/training-resources/Support/drivers-and-updates/
2. Download the RVG TWAIN Driver from "Driver: RVG" > "v4.6.x or older" > "Click Here To Download"
3. Run EXE-file in ”RVG” folder to start installation.
4. In the installation wizard, select the correct sensor model and include installation of RVG Twain.
5. Finish the installation.
6. Open Muntra offline-app, login and go to "den här datorn" under the settings icon in the top right corner.
7. Hover over "RVG Twain" and open settings by pressing the cogwheel. Configure the following settings:
Titel: Sensor
Källa: RVG6200
Enable option Lägg till i meny
Enable option Återaktivera efter skanning
Enable option Använd enhetens app under advanced
9. Done!
Troubleshooting:
If you get an error while opening the sensor from Muntra, reinstall the driver.
Windows 11 : The driver used for RVG6500 on Windows 11 are not available on Carestream's website, because of how old the sensor is (it's not intended for Windows 11). But here is the driver: https://public.muntra.com/SetupRVG-Carestream-2018.exe After installation, the setup wizard can be triggered by opening a file in this folder: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Trophy\ServiceTools\RVG\Commons
