To set up a nightly backup / export / dump of the organization's database to AWS S3, do the following:
1. Log in to the Muntra frontend.
2. Click on the cogwheel in the upper right corner > Patient database.
3. Click on the tab named NIGHTLY EXPORTS.
4. Click on the plus (+) icon in the top right corner.
5. In the popup, fill out the organization, AWS region, bucket name, key and secret.
6. Click on the button Save nightly export.
Note - only the user account that is CEO for the organization is allowed to create, view and delete exports.
From here on, two databases will be exported every night:
- The tenant database
- The central database
The central database includes data that is "central" to all clinics using Muntra. This includes eg. prices that are set centrally for an entire state, county council or municipality. The central database also includes some data that is not fit for storing in the tenant database, eg. verifications.
