All reviews shall avoid the following:
- Profanity: We will remove anything profane, vulgar, or otherwise offensive.
- Personal information: We do not allow reviews that include personally identifiable information such as your full name, phone number, email address, etc.
- Pricing specifics: It’s fine to state an opinion of whether a provider’s service came at a good price, but we may remove pricing specifics.
- Accuracy of treatment or diagnosis: We encourage users to describe feelings about the provider’s treatment of you as a patient, but we don’t allow claims about the accuracy of a provider’s treatment and diagnosis.
- Promotional content: We want our reviews to be as relevant as possible, as such we do not allow reviews that promote a website, product, topic, or items that are unrelated to the patient experience.
We reserve the right to take down reviews that are flagged in order to comply with policies or legal obligations.

Prohibited and Restricted Content:
Contributions should accurately represent the caregiver in question. Where contributions distort truth, we will remove content. This includes reviews, photos, or videos not related to the location or business where they are tagged.
Definitions
“Caregiver” - an individual and/or a location, a clinic providing the services.
Spam and fake content
Your content should reflect your genuine experience at the caregiver and should not be posted just to manipulate a place’s ratings. Do not post fake content, do not post the same content multiple times, do not post content for the same place from multiple accounts.
Off-topic
Only post content based on your experience or questions about experiences at the specific caregiver, is not meant to be a forum for general political, social commentary, or personal rants. Content that not meet this standard will be removed.
Promotional content:
The content you upload may not feature calls to action or offers for the sale of product.
The content should not display:
-Links to a landing page where it is possible to purchase restricted goods or services,
-Email address and/or phone numbers to contact for the purchase of restricted goods,
-Promotional offers for restricted goods or services.
For example, you shall not upload content that displays deals, coupons, pricing information or other promotions for a restricted product or service.
Personal information

Due to patient confidentiality and privacy laws we do not allow content that includes personally identifiable information such as your full name, phone number, email address, etc.

Pricing tends to be regulated to some extent and is covered by complex compensation systems and/or insurance providers. These comments tend to reflect more on the compensation system and the insurance providers.
Accuracy of treatment or diagnosis
We encourage users to describe feelings about the provider’s treatment of you as a patient, however we do not allow claims about the accuracy of a provider’s treatment and diagnosis. Such criticism should be fed directly to the care provider. If the conflict cannot be resolved between you, we recommend contacting the relevant supervisory authorities.
Illegal content
We do not accept content that is illegal or depicts illegal activity.
Sexually explicit content
We do not allow content that contains sexually explicit material.
Offensive content
We will remove content that contains obscene, profane, or offensive language or gestures.
